ACCOUNT DELETION

This page is for the Apna Mandir mobile app. Use it to request deletion of your Apna Mandir account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to reinstall the app to make this request.
How to request account deletion
In the email, include:
- The phone number (and email, if any) on your Apna Mandir account
- The name on the account
- A statement that you want the account and associated data deleted
We will verify that the request comes from the account holder, then delete the account. We aim to complete requests within 30 days.
What we delete
When we delete your account, we delete associated personal data from our active systems, including:
- Account and profile details (name, phone number, email if provided)
- Authentication data used to sign you in
- In-app preferences stored with your account
What we may keep
We may retain limited information where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, or other legal obligations. This can include order and payment records (processed by Razorpay and/or Stripe) for the period the law requires. We do not keep your account active after deletion, and we do not use retained records to contact you for marketing.
Delete some data without deleting your account
If you want specific personal data removed but want to keep using Apna Mandir, email support@apna-mandir.com with the subject line Delete specific Apna Mandir data and describe what you want removed. We will review the request under applicable law.
